By downloading, installing, or using the Kanshaki mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Kanshaki is a gratitude journaling application that allows users to create, store, and manage personal journal entries. The App is provided by Nunez Industries LLC.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Use the App to transmit any harmful or malicious code

4. Data and Privacy

All data entered into Kanshaki is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, access, or transmit your journal entries. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information about how we handle your data.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Nunez Industries LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NUNEZ INDUSTRIES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Data Loss

While we strive to provide a reliable service, we cannot guarantee that your data will never be lost. You are responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from the use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nunez Industries LLC operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
